WHAT IT IS ABOUT
I see the act of care-taking as one of the most essential terms in our striving towards contentedness and well-being. Taking care of ourselves, of others and our relations to them, of our material surrounding, from fashion to interior, and of our nature as our livelihood. I find it important to understand ones own meaning of care-taking and I wish to guide, facilitate and inspire others in doing the same.
The new space offers a place for re-connecting towards our body as our medium to explore and encounter the world. By doing so, we become more sensitive for how we treat ourselves and how we can create a loving and empathic connection towards our body. It is the starting point of our relation towards everything that is happening around us.
Balancing our lives – from work, to our families, to our wishes and hopes, to our health and our mind – is not an easy act. I belief that mindfulness-practices are opportunities to support us in managing this journey and balancing our relation towards ourselves and the outside.
Stepping out of the circle of our hectic everyday-lives and taking space for ourselves, to breath, to observe and to simply experience the act of „being“, is one way of how to find our balance. The new space offers a calming and harmonizing space to find inspiration and exchange for how to slow down and arriving in the now.
